"Staff is fluent in English and check in/out process is very easy. The room is a bit smaller than some other APA hotel rooms but it still has the same quality bathroom and furniture. For some reason there was only one pillow instead of the usual two. There is a Lawson right next door and it only takes about 4-5 minutes to get to the Sendai Train station. The APA Hotel actually has a walkway that is connected to the train station / shopping mall building complex."

"Sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Sendai. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber - das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber einwandfrei. Das Personal ist exzellent und sehr freundlich. "
