This resort gave me one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and security were exceptional. Reception set the tone, and Martin deserves a huge shoutout—he was incredibly patient and explained everything about the resort, the restaurants, and the activities in detail. We were also assigned our own concierge team, Dave and Cielo, and they were outstanding. Whatever we needed, they handled it—from answering questions to booking our restaurant reservations. Jesús at the front desk was also extremely accommodating with reservations. They made the entire trip stress-free. The buffet and restaurants were spotless, and the staff in both the dining area and the kitchen were generous, attentive, and truly dedicated to great service. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience, and I’ll be recommending this resort to my coworkers, colleagues, friends, and family. A perfect place for a smooth, worry-free vacation.

My luggage was delayed and the hotel failed to notify me it was delivered even after I inquired multiple times. They never gave it to me and it’s been missing now for 2 weeks. They ruined my family vacation! Additionally there was construction taking place next to our hotel. There were some days when the pathways were closed so you had to walk around. Would have been good to have a prior notice.

room was fine, could of been cooler as it was still hot in there. Though we had a major issue with getting in our room the first 24hrs and they seemed to not help us until we threated to talk to manager and wanted a day no charge. very frustrating . David the consirge was good, but Ceilo was not. the issue didn't get completley fixed in the long run, and still had issues getting into our room for the rest of the stay but it worked out. no compensation was given to us which i found was not good. they should of done at least a free massage or free night, but instead gave us vouchers for hydro therapy which was a value of $50 us each. and it wasn't that great

Overall good stay. Staff was very attentive, our concierge Cielo was awesome and constantly checked on us. Carlos was great at casino night and had a very good vibe. Luis at the TRS pool was top notch. Overall bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks to Expedia (not sure if Expedia in general or due to our Platinum status) we received an upgrade to “vip” which gave us access to TRS facilies and restaurants. The food (especially breakfast and buffets) were night and day between TRS and the other “lower-end” parts of the resort, which made our experience much more enjoyable. Unfortunately the buffet at the non-TRS properties was below par for a 5 star restaurant. Romance bungalow was very unique and neat, nice to not have neighbors above or below you. Ovearll this is a good property, and would come bacl but probably book TRS next time.

Beautiful property with all amenities and great personnel. The only comment I can give is not enough golf carts available for rides. Had to wait over 15 min in many times to get a ride specially that the resort is huge

Amazing stay. Excellent staff. Top-notch food especially if you book the à la carte restaurants. Only damper the reason why I gave less than 5, they tried push selling a travel club thing for 12k that was never going to happen. Wasted 2 hrs and the mood at the end when they tried pushing the sale.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a living room which was nice since we had our toddler and extra room is good. Our view from room was not a nice “garden view” I recommend a pool view. Special thanks to their partnership with Expedia, because the vip package gave us a “special” bracelet -not the paper plastic one, ours had twine strap with a wood charm that served as our key to our room- that gave us all access to multiple amenities at the neighbor palladium hotels, we stayed at white sands but the colonial had the water park- we were able to get golfcarted everywhere. I would say white sands was too quiet for us (we’re party parents) kantenah is a happy middle and colonial is the family hotel. They’re all very nice. TRS is also too quiet, it’s promoted as all adults (think older adults, not party adults). The alcohol beverages are better than what I’ve experienced at an all inclusive resort, lots of diverse alcohol options not bottom shelf. Make dinner reservations for ALL of your dinners the moment you arrive or you’ll be stuck eating at the buffet. I was not a fan of the buffets- if it weren’t for the omelet maker I would have been sad, the pastries were stale everyday. The lamps stay overheating and over drying everything. That being said, the dinners at the reserved restaurants were fab.

The all-inclusive package truly delivers on its promise. There are no hidden fees. For Expedia customers, the resort provided a butler service and VIP tag for their entire stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, generously portioned, and drinks were plentiful. The private beaches were pristine. There was also a wide range of daily entertainment options catering to various tastes. Families, kids, singles have their own scenes. Very impressive.
