"Very Loud, lot of Events, old and defective Inventory, Gym had no functional equipment besides weights.
All-Inclusive means, that there a specific non-alcoholic beverages like Milk-coffee at bars not included.
Children over 12 are payed as adults but they are not allowed in adult zones."

"Zustand des Hotels und der Zimmer, die Ausstattung, der Service, sowie die Speisen sind weit weg von einem 5-Sterne-Niveau. Die Dauerbeschallung war unerträglich, vor allem am Pool (den wir daher nicht besucht haben). Nachts grölende Gäste, denen offensichtlich kein Einhalt geboten wurde. Im Zimmer tropfte es von der Decke, die Toilettentür lies sich nicht schließen (Rahmen verzogen), Getränke (Wasser) und Handtücher wurden oft erst auf Nachfrage nachbestückt ...
Für Erholungssuchende Gäste, die einen guten Service schätzen ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
Der einzige Lichtblick war der sehr gut ausgestattet Fitnessraum."
