"Die Unterkunft ist dreckig und alt. Alles wirkt heruntergekommen. Es muss nicht alles neu sein, aber es könnte wenigstens gepflegt sein. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Ein Zimmerwechsel brachte leider keine Besserung. Spätestens nach einer Beschwerde, wenn es dreckig ist habe ich die Erwartung, dass bei einem Zimmerwechsel besonders auf die Ordnung und die Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Eine Beschwerde über die Buchungsseite wurde bereits vorgenommen, leider wird man immer wieder auf den Manager verweisen, der gerade nicht erreichbar ist sodass eine Rückmeldung des Hotels ausbleibt. Das Personal spricht leider so gut wie kein Englisch und so haben wir uns nicht immer verstanden gefühlt. Es kreuzen immer mal wieder Ungeziefer den Weg oder man findet tote Tiere im öffentlichen Bereich. Es riecht nach Schimmel und zum Teil regnet es rein. "
