Great resort for chilling out !
The ultimate resort if you wish to do nothing and chill out ! The food in the restaurant is excellent and the views are spectacular.

Nice for couples and families.
Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean. Pool area nice and restaurant great for breakfast choice and good food in evenings but a little expensive with themed nights. Had a nice time with my girlfriend and was her birthday while there so treated her to a 3 hour spa. Very good she said. Staff surprised her with nice cake, candles and flowers in room for her birthday. Yummy cake. Only 2 things were on downside, first being the general state of the beach, covered in rubbish and cig ends. Gardeners look after grounds of hotel really good and should be same for beach as crowning glory for such a hotel. Secondly, hotel is geared up for many different nationalities, mainly german and Russian, but not much info for British tourists. Other than that, would stay again. Outside hotel, roads busy with scooters and cars. Shops and restaurants outside really good and cheap. Weather bit up and down this time of year.

Great location, room and value!
I arrived with my friend (male) and had requested a twin room but had been given a kingsized. The staff rectified this within minutes. Our room was huge and the bathroom, both were really clean. The pond outside the room added to the added to tranquility.
We arrived New Years Eve and bought tickets for the NY gala dinner but left after an hour as we were sat with a large Russian family and felt unwelcome. The hotel refunded our money.
Breakfast was ok. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the NY gala meal was exquisite.
The wifi was intermittent but that was my experience at most places.
Would defineitely stay there again.

Hôtel vieillissant... Concernant certains équipements comme une des deux piscines... les peintures de quelques infrastructures.... Mais des travaux sont en cours, notre chambre était irréprochable.... La literie d'excellente qualité. Le jardin est exceptionnel
Nous avions la visite d'animaux tel que écureuil, oiseaux divers, lézards et grenouilles dû au bassin intérieur. La plage etait suffisante, malgré le fond vaseux, le petit déjeuner suffisant également... Le personnel toujours présent, très gentil, et compétent de la reception jusqu'aux femmes de ménage... Nou recommandons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons sûrement.

Rannan suhteen hyvällä paikalla, palvelut kaukana, koska oli satanut, kadut ja jalkakäytävä osin todella huonossa kunnossa.
Henkilökunta ei ollut oikein kiinnostunut asiakkaista. Pelasivat keskenään petanqueta.

Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre pour 3 adultes et pour 6 nuits. Les problèmes ont commencé dès notre arrivée. Malgré notre voucher qui indiquait 3 personnes, la réception nous dit que les chambres étaient doubles et qu'il fallait rajouter un extrabed à 1500 bht soit 35€ par nuit !! devant leur mauvaise foi, nous n'avons pas insisté et la 3ième personne a dormi sur le canapé non convertible. L'hôtel est vieillissant, la décoration ringarde, certaines parties de l'hôtel semblent laissées à l'abandon. L'accueil est déplorable et le personnel antipathique. Mais jusque là rien pour nous empêcher des passer de bonnes vacances. A part que durant notre séjour la femme de ménage nous a volé de l'argent (environ 300€) qui était dans différentes poches de vêtements rangés dans des tiroirs, et dans des sacs à main. Heureusement le cash prévu pour la totalité des vacances était au coffre... Ce qui veut dire que le personnel fouille dans les affaires et vole les clients. Le plus grave est l'attitude du directeur qui mit en doute notre honnêteté et nous a fait du chantage si nous révélions les faits. Nous avons déposé plainte à la police. Je trouve la réaction du directeur très suspecte et pas professionnelle... bien évidemment je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel !!

Zu viele Renovierungsarbeiten...
Leider wurde im Hotelkomplex sehr viel umgebaut ohne jegliche Information an die Gäste. Schon bei der Buchung stand nichts über die bevorstehenden Renovierunsarbeiten. Der Strand war verdreckt und das Meer trüb. Liegen und Sonnenschirme beim Strand gab es nur wenige und die Liegenauflagen wurden um 18Uhr eingesammelt. Der Pool beim Hotel ist offiziell nur bis 18Uhr geöffnet.
Pool beim Meer wird derzeit renoviert :((
Keine Snackbar/Restaurants bei den Pools.
Klimaanlage im Bungalow funktioniert, ist aber sehr laut.
Frühstücksbuffet war OK.
Gratis-Internet gibts nur bei zwei PCs im Lobbybereich.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn das gesprochene Englisch nicht immer verständlich war.
