Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and warm. Bathroom was spacious as well. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was useful in case you arrive late from the airport or dont feel like going out. The only draw back was the distance to the old town which was a half hour walk. There is a tram stop 15 mins walk from the hotel which can take you into the city centre. The old Jewish quarter in Kazimierz is also close by (15 min walk) with a good selection of restaurants.

Everything was great, the spa, the food, the cleanliness, the staff. My only complaints are that the lifts were a bit slow and that a few people came to breakfast in their pyjamas. I don't think the management should have allowed this in a 4 star hotel. It's not acceptable in any hotel but certainly not a 4 star.
