Great property in an ideal location right next to the train station and a very short walk to Old Town. Room was fab with great amenities and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after lots of walking! My only downside is that once the trams started in the morning it would have been great to have some ear plugs. That being said, I’d 100% stay here again next time we are in Krakow!

Great location to visit the town and great to have such a close railway station direct to the airport. The staff were great and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn that they give a bottle of superb champagne on our first night. We enjoyed this in the rooftop hot tub.

kracking hotel with great service, food and Hot tu

Lovely hotel just for adults. Calm and fairly quiet. Great location , next to the main train line so getting here from the airport takes only 23mins by train. You cannot hear the train line in the hotel as I say it’s very quiet here. Food in the restaurant is top class and quality. Great value for food and drinks. My only feedback was the bed isn’t too comfortable but they do offer you a service to swap the beds to a harder more firmer one if you wished too! The addition of the hot tub on the room was lovely at the end of the day to chill and relax. Would stay again and highly recommended

Wonderful property. Easy access to the old town, Jewish quarter abd castle. Great transport links. Fantastic hotel, great ammenities and amazing team. Can't do enough for guests. Onsite dining is superb. Breakfasts are amazing. Can't underestimate the access to the rooftop hottub and terrace. Will definitely be back

Great location for the old town

We found the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious (although some may not love the black decor throughout), the breakfast an ideal starter to the day and the location excellent (literally 1 minute walk from the new rail station for the transfer from the airport, and a 5 min walk to the old town). The only negative was the lack of cupboards in the room to put your clothes in. You can ask for a ‘wardrobe’ to be delivered to the room but you shouldn’t have to ask - there’s plenty of room for a set of drawers. This seems to be a ‘feature’ in some hotels nowadays, sadly. We received a free bottle of bubbly on arrival and all the soft drinks in the room fridge were free and replenished daily. We had a great stay here and I would certainly recommend for the location alone.
