Room was very clean, staff courteous, great location/facility, loved that it was non-smoking and had tram access. 4 star instead of 5 because usb charging ports under the tv and next to the bed, did not work, had to charges phones in the bathroom.

The parking was horrible. The room key wouldn’t work had to pay for parking multiple times. The shower head had very low pressure. Hard water buildup-

The room was clean and beautiful. Our room was very easy to get to from the lobby just a quick elevator ride. The security was great- not being able to go to other floors unless with someone from that floor. Staff was very courteous and were easy to please and helped us extend our dtay when our flight home was cancelled. We love this hotel and will be the only hotel in Vegas we will stay from now on!
