The scenery was AMAZING, worth the travel up. But if you are traveling by car, know that you need to park your car down in Lauterbrunnen, this is a no car - zone. And the GPS leads you astray, so don’t set the hotel’s address but simply Lauterbrunnen, then take the gondola up to Mürren.

Dear PatriciaThanks for taking your time to let other traveler know, that Mürren is a traffic free village. The GPS isn't allways correct and will lead you up on the hiking path to Mürren. So you are right, don't rely on the GPS. Also it's allways good to check out some local webites before going to places and there it' indicated that the village Mürren is not reachable by car.Hope you still enjoyed your time hereTeam Edelweiss

Das Hotel bietet bezüglich Preis-Leistung das Maximum. Wir wohnten im alten Teil - das Zimmer aber mit Balkon auf Dorfstrassenseite. Da in Mürren keine Autos - höchstens landwirtschaftliche Fahrzeuge oder E-Transporter fahren - überhaupt kein Problem und obendrein interessant... Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts - sogar Prosecco stand auf dem Buffet! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen!

C'est un hôtel familial avec un personnel très agréable et compétent. Il y règne un calme très reposant et c'est ce que nous recherchions. L'hôtel amène et rapporte vos bagages gratuitement depuis la télécabine ou la gare, il fournit également des linges pour la piscine municipale dont l'entrée est gratuite en tant que résident à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner buffet est vraiment bien garni et la vue depuis la salle à manger est à couper le souffle. Le restaurant est également de très bonne qualité et les propositions de menus sont variées.

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit, aufgrund von Regen waren wir früher im Hotel. Das Personal sorgte dafür, dass unser ZImmer als erstes gereinigt wurde. Tolle LAge und Aussicht
