The room and the beds were stinking and dusty, Ac is not cooling properly, reception staff we asked the to book for us a tour for the next day buy what they did they booked for us the day after ( our travel day ) when we went to the tour location they asked us to pay extra 33 euro per adult. We paid 78 euro extra because of the reception mistake. I didn't recomad this hotel , it is not worthed.

Really enjoyed my stay here.- the property is well maintained and clean. Most of the staff were great and very helpful...there was one night staffer who did not seem to like being there, but everyone else was really friendly. There is a restaurant onsite that is pretty good. Close to the airport and not far from the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

VERY SMALL. MINI ROOM

Hotel is in nice area. Close to station to catch Sintra train or metro. The major problem was the size of the room and size of the bed. We had two carry on bags and the room is so small to even put them out of the way. The bed was supposed to be double but at best it was a smaller than the full size bed. I understand that hotel rooms are typically smaller in Europe than the US, but this is probably the smallest room and bed that I have ever been too. Not worth the price. Just to give you an idea of how small the room is, the distance between the bed and the table against the wall, you have to walk sideways to get from one side of the bed to the other side. Oh, BTW, the bathroom was also so small that you have to be careful to not to hit your knee against the bidet as you sit on the toilet.
