No problems with the room, however our room is on the 8th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. We will have to walk up to the 8th floor. When we checked in the staff put the luggage to the room for us. But when we checked out we have to do itbour self. We are in the 70s That was fine except when we checked out, we had to car

Staff was super friendly. The amenities were lacking this time around(had. A room with a mini fridge, and this time the room did not have one. The bathroom sink faucet was loose, and that was annoying. But the rool overall was comfortable, clean, and well organized. A bit small if you are looking for an american size room, which it is not, since you are in Portugal.

Welcoming and professional staff, spotlessly prepared room with basic amenities such as water boiler and soap and shampoo. Conveniently located at center of Lisbon with shops, restaurant and Metro station at walking distance. Not to mention the extra convenience of complimentary storage of your luggage if you arrive earlier than your schedule check-in time. Overall a great stay, highly recommended for your next stay in Lisbon. Special thanks to the reception desk staff, one of the best for Europe.

The hotel did not inform me in advance that there was renovation work going on. When I arrived and checked in, I discovered that my room was full of dust and smelled strongly of paint. It was very uncomfortable to stay there, and I could hardly breathe. The hotel should have notified guests about the renovation or provided another room away from the construction area.
