Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Apartment in Lisbon

Beautiful space in the heart of downtown Lisbon. It was very easy to get wherever we wanted and very close to excellent restaurants. What really set this place apart from others was the attention to detail and very nice touches like a bottle of wine waiting for us, a gift basket, thoughtful activities for our children. I also really appreciated the washer/dryer unit. I didn't think I would use it but after a few disasterous spills it was sure handy. Staff was super attentive and always ready to answer our questions. They set up the transportation to and from the airport as well, which was convenient given we were traveling with small children. There is only one small negative that people should be aware of: if you arrive early, as is typical for flights from the US, and want to hold your bags while you explore, you actually have to stow them in a separate Residentas Aurea property a few blocks away. It wasn't a super big deal, but it would sure be nice if they had something on site.

Beautiful design, thoughtful touches, great communication. Clean and well looked after. Espresso maker in room was great for early mornings. Little treats (meringues, pineapple juice) a lovely touch. This was my second stay. Will be back again!

Summary. We really enjoyed our loft apt’s amenities, location, cleanliness & service. Bed was super comfy; the shower had good water pressure (rainfall & handheld shower head options). Welcome box of treats provided. Apt is conveniently located close to transit, restaurants, and the waterfront. Would recommend. Know before you go: Contactless checkin - provide full name, passport/id, citizenship for each guest & pay the Lisbon city tax online. 4 pm checkin day of arrival. Fee of 45-60 Euros to check in 1-2 hours early. No luggage storage, but can suggest luggage storage facilities nearby. Check out 10 am; late checkout similar to early check in. Keyless entry: Bldg & apt codes provided before arrival. Prompt/courteous customer care: 9a to 6p online + emergency # outside those times. TV/internet: Cable channels limited, but can use Netflix/Prime if you have your own account. Internet adequate; wouldn’t rely on it for remote work though. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Note kitchen cabinets have 3 shelves but I could only reach the first shelf. Thankfully my tall spouse could reach what I couldn’t. Cleaning: This is an apt, so do not expect daily cleaning. What was included worked well for our one-week stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It has an excellent location and very close to transportation, including a tram stop, and other important sites. Communication with the staff was very easy and they responded very quickly to our needs. The unit had everything we needed.

This property is wonderful to stay. I was here 7 days, it truly felt like home away from home. The staff is incredible and very easy to communicate. I was ill when I arrived and they were able to send me a dr for an assessment. Location is perfect for downtown Lisbon as well as easy access to transportation assistance. Absolutely would stay here again!

Exceptional apartment and staff!

Top notch location, exceptional super-responsive staff (shout-out to Rhea Jane Valles, Reilla Valena, Geah Mae Cenas), and top notch amenities. The welcome package with the evening tea table setting and a special kids package was a nice surprise. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a relaxing peaceful family vacation in Lisbon. Beats any 5 star hotel accommodation in Lisbon by a mile.
