This was a great stay for our family. The kids loved the waterslides and choice of pools. Food was pretty good and had lots of kids options as well. Obviously it’s very windy there and you can’t go in the water but the resort was great.

The electric kept going out. Ate dinner thru the power outage one night. Our AC went out over night. Was fixed shortly after calling the next morning. Was never notified of the new addition construction. The pool and view was amazing. The staff was very polite. The smell of the main lobby was amazing.

Family Vacation

Tablet inside room never worked so I had to get pictures from another person room tablet to see what to order for room service. I informed concierge about it they sent someone to exchange it out but it didn’t work either. I never called back b/c I didn’t want to spend my time on that. Housekeeping cleaned the room but Im assuming the hotel doesn’t change the sheets daily and they never would replace all of my towels. I had to keep catching them in the hall or call to get towels for my room. Guest services need work as well there are several lines to get in but no order in which clients are called up causing people who was there first not to be seen next and not all guest are honest to do the right thing. When this happened to me there was only one person working the counter however there was at least six employees behind the counter at computers. I also think if you’re going to offer tubs outside it should be a part of housekeeping but clearly the balconies are never touched as the tubs were dirty from nature.
