I was very glad to find this hotel open during that time. It is nicely located near the lake. Rooms are OK too. Moreover, the people spak French (i don't speak German and I am French native language)

Awesome stay in Lucerne

Met my expectations. Breakfast was alright. I would use again if I ever come back. Not bad to stay in, spent 2 nights and couldn't be happier with what they have to offer. Staff at the breakfast room could use some customer service though as that's what they lack of. Friendly staff at the check in desk and gave us a free drink voucher to welcome your stay at the hotel. Did I say breakfast room was alright until you start dealing with the staff. The young lady seems to hate what she does.

Couple Trip

We had 2 single beds put together for a double room supposely with big bed.
