The Maidenâs Tower sits on Leeds Castile island surrounded by a large moat. Henry 8th gave it as a gift to his queen. Outside your window are Egyptian geese sitting on eggs in their nest and you can tour the estate at twilight at your leasure. In the distance your Segway purrs in anticipationâŠ
Really great setting too stay at next to a magnificentcastle. Really friendly and helpful staff all around the whole site. Only ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was well catered for.
We enjoy staying at unique properties and Leeds Castle did not disappoint! Staying here gets you after hours access to the beautiful grounds and the castle during operating hours. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and had a great view of the garden. A lovely full English breakfast was included at the restaurant on the property. Would definitely stay again!
We liked everything about our stay. Last year we stayed in the maidens tower which was unbelievable, this year we stayed in the stables courtyard which was equally enjoyable. The staff are amazing,so friendly and Can't do enough for you, we will be back.
Lovely stay at the Leeds hotel, Leeds hotel gave specific directions to enter the castle grounds from a different entrance, which made checking in easier. Lovely room large bed large shower. Did not sleep well as I found the bedroom too hot for my liking. But had a great stay and would definitely come again. Had a evening meal in the restaurant which was great, would recommend the pork.
We really enjoyed our time at the castle restaurant and the castle itself. Our room was a little dated especially the bathroom which although clean wasnât as special as the other rooms advertised at the same price.
The accommodation is set in a lovely location & every member of staff was polite cheerful & helpful. Breakfast on our first morning was superb but sadly didnât live up to the standard theyâd set on the second morning which was disappointing but obviously a change of chef.
Sadly our stay was impacted by noisey inconsiderate & uncouth neighbours but thatâs outside the control of the hotel.
Booked on a whim to stay for a couple of nights to visit Canterbury. Excellent location and all staff very friendly and helpful. Had a meal in restaurant both nights and food was excellent too. Thankyou.
Lovely setting, room was immaculate with a view of the lake and the formal gardens. We found the bed and pillows quite firm but cannot fault the accommodation.
We ate in the castle view restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was fantastic and great cocktails which we thought were good value.
Castle access is included in the stay but due to bed weather the castle and attractions did not open on the Sunday which was our plan for the day. Quite disappointed to have missed out.
lovely stay and great staff, breakfast could of been warmer but good quality of food.
We stayed in the stable courtyard area of the castle right opposite the restaurant and bar which was lovely for a chilled drink etc
Room recently refurbed with walk in shower and tea making facilitys etc and extra bonus castle entrace is included in stay
Stayed before and im sure we will again
