On arrival staff was courteous. My room was not available until after check in time. Beds are uncomfortable and old. Linens and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. Beach and pool staff are unhelpful.

Booked an ocean view…got a view of palm trees on fourth floor. Rooms are outdated. Paid for extra person, seems weird in a two double bed room with three people. Despite paying for third person we routinely were given towels for two people. Air conditioning runs all night and is very loud. My wife used ear plugs at night. There was no microwave and the fridge had water leaking out when we arrived.

We didn’t like the food and our room was wired! Bathroom and shower room was the same and the door was a glass door which anyone in the too. Could hear you using bathroom!!
