If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would. My husband and I are on our honeymoon. 1. We checked in around 230pm. Right after I recieved a call from a family member in Orlando and unfornutaley we needed to leave due to a family emergency. We had not even been there 2 hours. We booked through Expedia so we were told by the hotel that Expedia needed to call the the hotel to have the amount refunded. That call was made to the hotel by Expedia to tell the hotel to refund due to a medical emergency. The reservation manager, Christina, refused to refund the amount outright. She had no empathy, her words exactly "it is the policy, no refunds. It wouldn't have mattered if you tried to cancel 24 hours prior." I explained to her that as newlyweds we couldn't afford to lose that money and a family member needed me. Nothing I told her mattered. We ended up staying. 2. The room was small, nothing like what we expected from the advertised pictures. The door did not go all the way to the ground, so if anyone got on there hands and knees they could definetly see in our room. The balcony was dirty, and there was construction right next door. They gave 2 water bottles and never restocked the bottles. There was no ice machine and when you would like water you would have to to down to the lobby to get some from a small stand by the check in desk. 3. The pool was small, nothing like the advertised pictures. They did not offer complementary breakfast and wanted $30 a person for an all you can eat brea

They didnt give me the room that I paid for. I paid for the ocean view and they give me a bay view with out let me know before i came to the check in. But the bartender at the pool has the best service only thing that I like from the hotel.
