Airport shuttle some what difficult to locate. Driver greeted us with a smile and was very professional. Shuttles run every 15 minutes during peak hours.

Hotel is nice looking but the room we had was not the best. Bathroom vanity is not level anymore. Looks like it's about to fall off if you were to put some pressure on it. It's even separated from the back splash already by about half inch. The king size bed mattress is like a 'V' shape already from how used it is. We each ended up pretty much just rolling towards the middle of the bed and sleeping right up against each other. Parking is very limited compared to the rooms they have so we ended up having to jump a curb and park on the grassy/muddy area. Good thing I had a SUV to be able to do that. In a regular sedan you probably wouldn't be able to do that. Also, even though the receptionist said it was fine to park there, you always have it on the back of your mind that you may get towed since there are no signs saying overflow parking or anything like that. Also, parking was $30 which we didn't see anywhere when booking. All in all, not the best hotel. Nice looking lobby and building but I most likely wouldn't return or recommend.

The hotel is very old and it’s quite expensive! If you want to park your car you have to pay I just feel like I wouldn’t mind but the room has carpet and popcorn ceilings also the bathroom has a small tub and it’s just not the best looking but the staff is amazing and it is very quiet

Very bad check-in experience. I booked because of VIP access but I was not offered anything. No greeting at the check-in, he didn't ask how many keys, he didn't even ask if I need parking access. Other guys is hidden behind a huge piller and you can see the first guy is on the phone and point me to go to the next counter. Very disappointed, not coming here again and also not getting VIP access hotel.
