Front desk person with the blond hair was horribly rude. We came around 9 am to ask about early check in and she flat out said no, didn’t check or anything. We came back around 12 to ask again, and I watched while at least 2 rooms worth of people checked in in front of me without issues. I get to the counter and ask again she says no, once again without checking. Once my face shows irritation and I ask for our stuff, she finally checks and says a room is available. Not sure what her issue was, if it was just rudeness or racism but either way that really tarnished the experience for me, if I could’ve changed hotels I would have. The room was nothing for her to gatekeep, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and we found hair on the sheets, in the bathroom and on the towels.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The aircraft noise is extremely loud—it feels like planes are flying right next to you. I was woken up by airplanes almost every minute throughout the night. I honestly don’t understand how other guests manage to sleep here, nor how this hotel received a rating of 8.0. In addition, the water pressure in the shower is extremely low, making showering a very unpleasant experience.

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience This hotel left me deeply disappointed. The airport shuttle arrived 90 minutes late, creating unnecessary stress. When I addressed this at the front desk, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, with no apology or effort to resolve the issue. What crossed the line was being threatened with calling the police simply for advocating for myself. That response was alarming, unprofessional, and completely disproportionate to the situation. It’s also worth noting that reviews from the past few months consistently mention front-desk issues, which suggests a larger, ongoing problem. The outwardly polished greeting and advertised shuttle service are misleading and do not reflect the actual guest experience when problems arise. I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Do not book here they are a scam! I booked and canceled within 24hts and still got charged for room then for some reason I was rebooked and charged again. Not only did these scammers charge me once but TWICE! Stay away!!
