Staff was fairly unfriendly at check-in. No directions to the elevator or where the room was. Hotel was clean. Two of the dresser drawers kept opening up on their own, that we never touched. The air conditioning was noisy and didnt cool the room evenly. It was ok for a 1 night stay.

The beds had hair on them, tv didnt work, only hot water in shower and impossible to take a shower. Parking was extra $30 that was not included in the price. Maintenance showed up to try to fix the issues but unsuccessful and had communication barriers.

Our flight delayed a little bit, the night shift front desk got everything done in 2 minutes which is amazing. The night shift guy is absolutely 5 star. My wife and myself are so happy.

Don’t stay at this dump - staff does not care - room service none existent every day for 5 days room not cleaned - one day after 3 calls room was finally cleaned and maid left the door open !! Pool has 3 lounge chairs - otherwise out of luck - pool has no heat - breakfast buffet was ice cold - sausage was raw! When I asked cook to re-heat he just looked at me - front desk - different answer each day as to why room was not cleaned - and then simply - no habla

The bed sheets were sticky and damp, felt really gross layong on them. Called down to the desk several time with no answer so went down to the desk. They eventually replaced the sheets but the toom felt kind of gross overall.
