They made the celebration truly memorable with thoughtful surprises and impeccable hospitality. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. Great hotel, except for the room service food. Service was good too, but I didn’t really like feeling pressured by the in room dining staff to leave a cash tip. Granted, when he asked he was polite about it, but it was just kind of annoying. Otherwise, beautiful hotel rooms, property. Very clean and modern

Great location from Milano Centrale and not too far from major attractions like the Duomo. Staff was very friendly and the room/property was very clean. Room was spacious, breakfast options were great, and we really enjoyed the view/drinks at the rooftop bar. We loved our stay here. Thank you!

Did not get the feeling of a five star resort. Walked right by the bellman with 2 heavy suitcases with no offer of help. Rooftop bar nice but felt overpriced. STK steakhouse was superb as usual. Seemed to be located off the beaten path and would hesitate to walk there after dark. Room dated and needed some maintenance.
