"There was no space in a twin bedroom for our three year old child. No extra bed could be put into the room and the bed is definitely too small for an adult and a child. Although we stated all our details during the booking, there was no hint to this problem. Hence, we had to book an additional room and pay its full price on arrival. That was an inconvenient and bad surprise."
