After extensive research of which All Inclusive close to Montego Bay, I selected (Ocean Coral Spring). Upon entering the property it makes you feel EXCLUSIVE! The welcome staff is very professional, took our luggage, (Doorman: Devontae) offered us a welcome drink and directed us to the Check-in desk. (Travis Privilege front desk) assisted with one of our check-ins and accommodated a room request for an elderly man which I am appreciative of. I got one of the BEST experiences at an All Inclusive, so this review will be detailed but helpful. Quick Tips: - Best time to check-in: 04:00pm - Best room type: Building #2 Pool view or Prestige - Best time for "First come first serve" restaurants: 6-7pm especially large groups - Best restaurants: Sugar Cane, Thali and Red Snapper if you want authentic cuisines with BOLD flavors My detailed review: I booked a pool view room in Building #2 (Rooms are next to activities and all the restaurants). It was convenient during the hot sunny days to run from my room to the pool and restaurants. The room for 2 or more beds is HUGE and as pictured online. Customer Feedback: - Loraine (Assistant Front desk Manager): Loraine is a proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage situations, from guest complaints to operational challenges. - Brison (Food & Beverage Concierge: Gave A+ customer service, professionalism and problem solving skills when I complained I couldn't get a table at any restaurants.

It was one of the worst experiences overall I’ve had in the hospitality industry. Since day one the person who assisted us for our check in, she didn’t have a smile on her face, it was like if we were bothering her. She didn’t event took some of her time to explain to us where the areas of the restaurants or entertainment were, We have to asked her, and she just pointed at us the envelope where she had put the map of the hotel and stated it here is the map once you are in your respective room you can seat down and explore the map. In addition to being put into a different room then the one we had originally booked which by the way was filthy. According to the young lady the room we had booked originally with a kind size bed wasn’t available until the next day. We arrived at one of the restaurants by the beach to eat, the red Snaper and another young lady give us some actitud because we requested to be seated in a different seating area than the one we were seated at first. We had gone to another one of their restaurants and of course more actitud and cero smile on their face. My husband made a reservation for my birthday at their Sakura restaurant and he specifically let them know it was my birthday, to ensure they can surprise me with a cake and guess what, we finished eating, and they had let us know everything was done, if we could shared a review and to have a nice day, I walk out of the restaurant and the manager comes out with the cake it. I left it in her hands.

LET ME SAVE YOU – DO NOT VACATION HERE. AVOID THIS RESORT LIKE THE PLAGUE. We traveled as a family of four from Houston, TX, and this was hands down the worst resort experience we’ve ever had. The place is beautiful—but don’t be fooled. The customer service is atrocious, the staff are rude, slow, and seem annoyed by your presence. Getting something as basic as water or clean towels was a daily battle. Room service? Horrible. Doors jammed. Management made promises and never followed through. Towels were rarely stocked, but they somehow left a dirty cleaning rag in our bathroom. Food? Awful. Salty, bland, and wasteful. People left full plates untouched. Want to eat at their nicer restaurants? Good luck. You need to book at 8 AM, but the reservation app is glitchy, and they won’t help you. Half the tables sit empty while guests are turned away. “All-Inclusive” means nothing here. You’ll be constantly upsold on their “Privilege” service just to get basic treatment. The only bright spots were Garcia at Red Snapper and lifeguard Milton—both professional, friendly, and attentive. But one or two good staff can’t make up for the nightmare. This resort left a terrible impression of Jamaica. I'd rather go to Mexico, Costa Rica, DR, or Aruba. ZERO stars. Stay far, far away.
