Beautiful hotel, excellently location and wonderful staff! Ideally located by many of the big sights in Munich. Nice bar/cafe in the lobby we enjoyed in the morning and evening for a light bite, coffee or a drink. I fell during our stay (at a park), and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating - helping to get my hand cleaned up, wrapped up and check to make sure I was ok. The spa area is wonderful - such a nice treat!! The room was a little tight, it would have been nice to have a little more space for suitcase storage/clothing, but it was really so nice and clean.

Everything at this hotel was amazing- location, staff, food, decor, cleanliness, etc! The only con was the bed and pillows- they weren’t super comfortable but other than that it was 5 stars!!

Sanjay at the bar was the star. Huge personality and knew how to make cocktails enjoyed by Americans, which is rare in Europe. He was spot on about restaurant recommendations and things to do and see in Vienna. The front desk people were always patient and helpful. Kaiser

Good area, not great communication with front desk

The hotel probably is lovely but here is what we did not like, outlets for chargers by the door and one found under a desk but had to unplug the light to to use the outlet. Also, we were arriving at midnight as a flight delay and the front desk was continuously busy and then told to email. Finally was emailed the next day. Really for the price of this hotel we expected better communication. It is a very good area but 110 Euros each way from airport. This was a problem for our quick stay.

Great hotel near the Marienplatz, great Schneider Weiss Brewery, and Hofbrauhaus. Easy open to traffic route and dropoff area for Driver in front of hotel although nearby areas are restricted.
