Loved the happy hour. Bar tender was great. That fruit punch was delicious. Did not however appreciate the dead roach in the closet, bloody towel( one of two provided for a family of 5 btw) or the ac taking 5 hours to sort of cool the room, nor the door not closing without putting on the deadbolt. The pool was dirty, but fun to cool off in for the afternoon. Did not appreciate the faces when we asked for clean up, nor the fact that we did not get a replacement for our dirty towel. Most of the reception staff were courteous and helpfull, providing information on how to get to town using different methods, or where to dine that was relatively close. Breakfast was good and staff there once again was super nice. For the price and length of stay I'd give it a 6. Room accomodated our family of 5 relatively well for one night, this room had a kitchenette which if you are staying longer can definitely be helpful in cutting down the food cost of your stay. Improvements can be made but again the cost was affordable.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel itself was well past its prime. Beds were hard. Curtains did not fit windows and did not filter outside lights at all. Room very dated and showed signs of disrepair. Numerous electrical outlets not functional. Location is poor. A mile walk to nearest restaurants. Closest bus stop a half mile away. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at The Colony Club in the Bahamas and had a wonderful experience. The property is very spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and well-kept, making it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which was fresh, delicious, and offered a nice variety each morning. The amenities on-site were convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay — from the cozy lounge areas to the well-maintained outdoor spaces. Another major plus is the location. It’s walkable to downtown, which made exploring local shops, restaurants, and beaches super easy without needing a car. Overall, The Colony Club offers great value for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located place to stay in the Bahamas. Highly recommend!
