Familienfreundliches Kinderhotel

Familien sind in diesem Hotel herzlich willkommen, werden beachtet, freundlich behandelt und es wird ihnen Hilfe angeboten. Paare ohne Kinder werden dagegen noch nicht mal begrüßt, von Beachtung oder freundlichem Lächeln fehlt jede Spur. Trotz der Unzufrieden haben wir beim Auschecken freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt würde und als Antwort kam: Das Putzpersonal hat viel zu tun. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Nachfrage wie unser Aufenthalt sonst war, einfach nur Desinteresse. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte zwischen durch eine Abwechslung vertragen.
