Great location and service!

We loved the location and its convenience to two subway stations and within walking distance to Rockefeller Center. Our room was actually very quiet and we heard no street noise unless it was a fire truck. The doorman, Romeo, was fantastic! Made us feel like home our entire trip! He was so helpful when we asked for suggestions throughout our trip!

Property is located in a good area. Many food options within a short walking distance and close to the subway. My biggest complaint is the noise level. We were on the 9th floor for 5 nights. Felt like we were sleeping on the street. We had a noise machine on high and the ac on constant flow and still didn’t drown out the noise. Garbage trucks passing at 1am and fire trucks and police sirens, we heard it all. I picked this property bc it was in Midcity and it had double queen beds to accommodate my family of 4. I wouldn’t stay here again bc of the noise.

The Hotel is central to all major attractions and one can walk, But the Hotel interior needs updating like bathrooms and windows needs update, and also the room fridge needs updating. the Front Door Man Absolutely Amazing and always helpful, can't ask for more, Reception service, some great some not so helpful. overall Great

Pictures were a bit deceiving. Picked this hotel bc the room looked to be bigger than the others around, but it wasn't. Got the two queen bed room. Bathroom very small, sink shot out water Dirty behind headboards bath towels should be replaced, they seemed bery old and discolored white towels. Valet parking $75/night (no in & out)
