We loved that anything we really wanted to see and do was within walkable distances. Our family felt safe even while walking late at night. New York never sleeps and we were going to enjoy every minute. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

While the property was clean and service was excellent, the location was extremely loud and noisy. Even on the 41st floor you could hear tons of traffic, music, and street noise.

$200 required for deposit but charged another $1000 to my card and when I question and unhappy hotel staff blamed to hotel change system make my card near limit and can not use while travel Book two rooms with empire building view but got only one with view recommend to all call hotels to check out all extra charge before you book here I booked with total all fee $1450 but end up almost $2000

We booked a corner premium room but when we arrived they were sold out so they gave us a basic room. The next day, they gave us two complementary breakfast buffets and moved our belongings to a corner premium room on a higher floor. They made it right. Staff was great and the location was perfect.

Keep the hard work. Food service staff and in the bar could be more courteous and friendly and professional. They need training urgently. The staff at the entrance, desk and bags very professional.
