Our room was extremely hot the first two nights, and we had to get the engineer to adjust the temperature so that we were not sweating. I had a broken hair dryer and had to request a new one for two days. Each time housekeeping cleaned, they did not replace the toilet paper, which caused us to run out in the middle of the night.Our floor did not have a working ice machine and it was suggested to me to "try other floors." I had to go to 5 other floors before I found a working ice machine. Otherwise, the beds were great, the location is amazing, and the staff are very friendly, especially the concierge.
