Hotel is BADLY IN NEED OF RENOVATION. Lobby looks great. The you get on elevator - some chips - Once in room - it is disgraceful - every piece of furniture is chipped - drawers don’t open - bed board is ripped.

A bit outdated but perfect location for purpose of trip. Restaurant closed, no food on site. No mini fridge or microwave which was odd for price of hotel and rating. Room worn down but bed was comfy and it was overall clean. TV small and extremely limited channels. Disappointed in amenities but we were in 49th floor and it was pretty cool. It’s the perfect location for walking to everything.

Great location to Time Square. This was my family first time to NY. We booked a room with two double beds with a ball dropping view. They gave us a suite with a pull out couch and a king size bed with no view. That was very disappointing since we really was looking forward to seeing the view at night time. Have a child we were not going out at night. But it was nice having the bigger bed for me and my husband. The room wasn’t that clean. It was hair on the toilet seat and floor. We didn’t complain since we only stayed one night plus we aren’t ones to make a fess. Everyone was nice holding our things for us before check in and after. This wouldn’t be my first pick to go if we go to NY again because of the room change and the hair. But not the worst not the best hotel we have stayed in. Would stay again if I had to.

This hotel needs to be updated badly. The furniture in the room had all kinds of aged spots on it and there was a place where I think a refrigerator might have been but it was removed and there’s just a huge empty space in the dresser. There was also a lot of mold and mildew in the bathroom. There was mildew around the conditioner bottle and in different places in the bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it was just from age or if it needed just a really good scrubbing. There was also black mildew under the rim of the sink and toilet-which I didn’t notice until the last day. I did wipe it to see if it would easily come off and it did not. The staff was amazing and helpful and I cannot say enough nice things about them but the hotel itself was pretty deceiving when I looked at pics online.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced due to the appalling lack of cleanliness. **1. Filthy Bathroom:** The bathroom was disgustingly dirty, with thick mold growing on the walls and grout. The shower was covered in rust, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. **2. Stained Bedding:** The bed sheets were covered in multiple stains—some looked old and others fresh—which was absolutely unacceptable. Sleeping on them felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. **3. Neglected Maintenance:** The overall condition of the room suggested a complete disregard for basic upkeep. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean and sanitary environment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they take immediate action to improve their hygiene standards. A refund or compensation would be the least they could do for such a terrible experience.
