The property was beautiful. In a very great location. Just a block from the beach and shopping. My biggest complaint was the lack of cold air in my room. I had friends on the second floor and their room was cold but my room on the 6th floor was extremely warm. I told the front desk and the best they can do was give us a floor fan. They say the ac was working fine but the heat outside was making our room warm. They need to fix the air and make sure every room is comfortable especially in the summer months.

We really enjoyed our stay at Albert 1’er Hotel. It was clean and very modern. It’s also right in Old Town Nice which has all the shops and cafes as well as only being 2 block from the beach. We reserved a room which a beach view that was spectacular. It is on a bit of a busy road so you will get some traffic noise. We would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

The room was small but comfortable. The tv barely worked and only had French speaking channels even after changing the language in settings. You could not login to streaming services so if you were resting for a while you better take a nap. Location was close to beach, restaurants, and shopping which was great.

Our second time staying at this property while in Nice. Nice room with full balcony. Pleasant front desk. Cannot beat the location. Great value for the price!

The hotel is going through renovations. The lobby is unusable. The Noise from the street below is terrible even at 3am motorcycles go racing down the very busy street. The rooms are small ; the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is very close to Old Town and the beach. But such a noisy street and no hotel restaurant or bar or lobby

This hotel is good for the location but it needs some improvements. They don't have any TV channel in English, the AC was not strong and the elevator is very small

Wonderful central location to the promenade, sea and old town. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable, but I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries. Free concerts could be loud in the park next door, but they’re over by 10pm when they’re on and I didn’t mind the music anyway! Very nice staff. Too bad they were still renovating the lobby but it looks like it will be very nice!

Amazing hotel due to its location, price, and most importantly, their staff. Everyone there was kind and welcoming to us, explained and answered all questions. Location is 100/10…you’re right down the street from the beach and from all the bars/restaurants. Walkable distance from practically everything (15 mins ) Good WiFi service and AC The hotel is literally next to a small convenient store and cafe so once you leave can pick up some drinks, sodas/pop, or coffee and be on with your day. Would recommend and come back

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located near great restaurants and shopping in the heart of Old Nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and our room—along with the bathroom—was spacious and comfortable and appeared to be newly updated. While the reception area is currently under renovation and the temporary setup is a bit cramped due to an accessibility lift, it was reassuring to see the hotel prioritizing accessibility, especially since stairs are otherwise needed to reach the main elevator. Overall, a great choice for a convenient and comfortable stay in Nice, and I'm sure will be even better once renovations are done!
