We stayed on a busy day new years eve and when we got to our room it looked fine until my kids went to get into bed and noticed a lot of hair all over the sheets we then looked at our bed and noticed the same thing . My boyfriend went and got new sheets from the front desk and then had to go get another set because they were dirty as well . We love this place and come all the time but this time it was much diffferent we do understand they were busy but also would have loved clean beds .

Immediately noticed the bed skirt was soaked in dog urine. I had to beg to be changed rooms. My room was downgraded when I was moved. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. The pillows feel old and lifeless. I slept so poorly, that I was having difficulty driving and I had to get a hotel room on the way home just to take a nap.

We stay here often and will continue. Pool was 83 degrees. ( they had a thermometer in the pool) Nice and warm which we appreciate. Breakfast is always good just give time for the early rush/ hostess’s to restock. Can’t beat the views from an ocean view room.

nice view from balcony. Room was clean and quiet. Nice that dogs are allowed. Hot tub was perfect temp as was the sauna. Breackfast was hot and plentiful with good choices.

Amazing view from our room and the lighthouse observation deck was so cool! Definitely a hit with our kids. Hotel was very clear and the breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel in ocean shores. Will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was warm, and the sauna and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and served in a nicely decorated and furnished room. The toilet's height was very uncomfortable for us (we are tall people), and the room's flooring was nice looking, but seemed slippery.

Room was immaculate when inarrived, staff was incredibly nice & made the stay so easy & pleasant. The view from the 2nd floor was preaty great considering the angle from the water & the fact they have a lighthouse type balcony you can use to see everything 360°. Breakfast in the morning was a lot better than I'd typically expect. All in all a great stay that i fully recommend. I WILL be using them again on my next stay for sure!
