Great Location

Great location, on main walking street, easy excess to tram system. A little hard to find, you need to walk into any alcove and the signage is hard to see, but once you find it nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great restaurant across the way Cafe Cathedral.

Unfortunately i felt that has at breakfast a lot industrialized products. No warm milk or close placd to do so. I'd read about the noise in the night because a club around the area, but I'd thought was on the weekends only. Disturbing to sleep until 100am. Bed on compact double room against the wall so inconvenient to rest. A kudos only to the front desk stuff, professional, friendly and always helpful. The room tv, one channel in english not pleasant yo watch. No netflix.

Affordable city stay

We stayed for one night in a standard room which was small but comfortable. Breakfast was very busy due to the large number of business guests staying, but breakfast was otherwise fine. Great central location with easy check in/check out. Only downside was the luggage room was away from the reception desk and felt slightly insecure to leave bags in (although we had no trouble in the end).

Central, compact no amenities

This is a great hotel located centrally and cheap in comparison to other hotels in Oslo. We booked a compact room but when you look at photos it appears to be signage over the bed and a more room. We stayed in a room with a wood beam over the bed on one side so I actually couldn’t sit up in bed and had to crouch down to get in to bed. There is also no amenities - no fridge, kettle, nothing. Housekeeping only attend on request. It’s a cheaper hotel in Oslo, staff are lovely and centrally located but for a little bit extra you can get a lot more comfort.

Very Small cold room that was noisy all night. First it was a constant sound of running water, not sure if that was the a/c heating or just water pipes. Then the noise from the pub kicked in. What a night! Heating only allows you to add ‘3’ to what must be predetermined heat but it was cold….and usually I don’t feel the cold in hotels.. huge cracks in the ceiling which looked quite concerning I found the reception staff not very helpful and distracted when I was speaking to her. I think they are trying to be trendy and hip but have lost the essence of a good hotel. Why have a chair that is uncomfortable to sit in and bedside ‘cabinets’ which hold nothing. Breakfast was, however good apart from the shocking coffee

Great location, walking distance to many attractions, but loud at night on the weekends . The basics rooms are so small you have no room to expand your language. The upgrade rooms are a good size. Basic continental breakfast, decent coffee and great customer service . The employees are friendly and helpful house keeping and front desk
