Excellent location!

Pros: The location and the atmosphere
Cons: Bathrooms and amenities need refurbishment
Location: Everything!
The hotel is located in an old palace with a good atmosphere. Its overall condition is ok, but not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel as it would require some refurbishments. The location, however, is excellent, the rooms are clean and quite.

Beautiful and charming old 4-star palace hotel located at the very centre of the historical old city. Excellent atmosphere with professional and kind staff.

Nice hotel in the middle of historic Palermo

Pros: Nice character, clean, friendly staff
Cons: breakfast, more variety and vegetarian options.
Location: Historic food markets all walking distance
Stayed in the Junior Suite for 4 nights. Nice location in the middle of historic Palermo. Impossible to find street parking near the hotel so agreed to use Hotel parking for 15 euros per night. This was communicated to us beforehand. Hotel has a charming historic character. Enjoyed our stay, although I expected the junior suite to be bigger than it actually was.

Horrible experience

Let's say I did not have a wonderful experience! The old system of door locking blocked and the receptionist said that the door maintenance will be fixed and opened in half an hour. I remained in the lobby and each hour they said that the maintance service will arrive, fix and open the door. At this moment it all turned into clownery, the supposed 'maintenance' man was a guy from the kitchen that came to open the door with a drill. At the end, to open my door, it took 6 hours! Considering that it was summer, I was just dressed in summer pants and out for a coffee, I did not have my card with me, no money, I had an official dinner that I had to cancel. Nobody from the hotel offered me the possibily of any kind of assistance all this time.

Trip of an elderly couple, stay one night

The hotel with its beautifully renovated old style fully met our expectations. its location at 100 m from the real city center (4 canti) could not be better. The staff was very friendly and helpful, also for the use of WiFi. The next time in Palermo we will certainly return there, and we will warmly recommend it to our friends.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral - aber das ist auch das einzige posive. Ansonsten ist Hotel total veraltet und renovationsbedürftig.

Alter stilvoller Palazzo, Zimmergrösse durchschnittlich, sauber und sehr gepflegt, Frühstück hervorragend, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit; Lage perfekt zentral für Fussgänger.
