The hotel felt brand new and featured a very stylish décor. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Just steps outside the hotel, we found a wide variety of dining options, including cafés and French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese restaurants. Public transportation was also very convenient and easily accessible. The staff was polite and attentive, with special thanks to Catalina, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She offered thoughtful recommendations and went out of her way to help us, truly making our stay memorable.

The staff was wonderful - friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable and most importantly very quiet. It didn’t have a view but it was fine. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast every morning as well as afternoon tea every day. We walked everywhere. The grotto pool was not quite as warm as I had hoped but it was very pretty. All in all a lovely stay!

The best hotel room and experience EVER. The concierge team was phenomenal. They greeted me and my mom as soon as we stepped in the doorway and did everything to assist us during our 7 night stay in the St. Anne duplex. The team called cabs, directed us to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and the best walking directions to popular sites in the area. The Louvre Museum was a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The neighborhood was so safe and walkable. The room made you feel so comfortable. It provided space and separation for us. The cleaning staff were wonderful and the amenities fantastic. The bedding was unbelievable, the most comfortable mattress other than my own, and the pillows were great too. This will be my hotel anytime I return to Paris and I will plan my trip around the St. Anne Room. The surrounding restaurants were great with variety and take away options.

I stayed here 6 years ago and was impressed. I was worried I might be disappointed this trip due to time, but the experience was even better this trip. I will come back again and recommend as staff is superb and the location doesn’t get better.
