Kein 4 Sterne Hotel - dafür ist das Personal top!

Pros: Das Personal: Sehr nett und hilfreich
Cons: Die ganze Infrastruktur: Mobilien, Kinder-Spielplatz, Zimmer, Badzimmer, Klimaanlage etc.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich bei Passignano Sul Trasimeno. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Autobahn und somit in Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona etc.
Nach einer sehr langen Anfahrt, hat uns ein sehr nettes Empfangsteam begrüsst die Regeln, Dienstleistungen erläutert und uns bis zum Zimmer begleitet. Zimmer: Möbel sind noch aus den 80er Jahren, sehr schlicht und billig eingerichtet, Einbauschrank mit Vorhang. Die Bettdecke hatte grosse weisse Flecken (nicht gewaschen) und das Badzimmer hatte kaputte Plättchen verbaut, beim Duschen kam kaum Wasser raus (auch kein Druck) und man riecht im ganzen Zimmer das Abwasser (trotz Ventilator). Warmwasser beim Duschen war Glückssache. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war laut (mühsam in der Nacht, ohne viel zu heiss). Das Buffet war sehr eintönig und billig (keine 4-Sterne Wert). Der Kaffee war aus einem Automaten aus den 70er Jahren - nicht trinkbar (war eine braunschwarze Brühe). Gingen jeweils an die Hotelbar für einen Kaffee, was aber zusätzlich kostete (wieso nicht gleichen Kaffee im Restaurant anbieten?). Das Besteck, das Geschirr und die Gläser waren sehr dreckig (voll mit Flecken und Fingerabdrucken - Gläser noch mit Lippenstiftresten). Das Hotel hat auch einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Schade nur, dass dieser nicht gepflegt und gereinigt wird (nicht brauchbar). Wie erwähnt war das Personal aber top! Die Empfangsdamen, welche sehr nett und hilfreich waren und die Kellner im Restaurant, welche auch sehr nett und jeweils nach den Bedürfnissen schauten, sind allemal ein besseres Hotel wert! Wir werden wieder in die Region fahren, aber definitiv nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen.
