The value for the money was not there for me! Plug in that didn’t work, room checked into was not the room booked and when asked to be move to what I paid for there was no offer to fix the problem at all. There was an event booked that limited some amenities…no prior warning, was only told about it after the check in. Very nice lobby, breakfast buffet was amazing, the rest of the food options were way way overpriced.

We both enjoyed the location and yet very quiet but next time I will stay in a sea view room. Non sea view is actually very depressing being north facing and no sun at all. The gym is wonderful and so as the breakfast. Drinks by the pool is nice. Receptionist is lovely and friendly. Overall wonderful experience.

The Dusit Thani is a great hotel for couples or families....great pool area. Away from all the crazy Pattaya has to offer but only a short baht bus ride away. We had a Grand Club room with everything that offers, staff exceptional in the club lounge....great hotel at the price👍
