The bathroom was not clean. The toilet needed a a good scrubbing. Lavatory and bathtub fixtures were corroded and rusted with a buildup of dirt around the fixtures. The room was very musty smelling when we entered. I sprayed perfume and deodorizer around the room and in the ac/ heating unit. This was a pet room but I still expected the room to be clean

The quality and conditions were terrible! Dirty towels, sheets, walls and bathroom, holes in the wall, roaches in the cabinet where the fridge is… this hotel should have not cost as much as I paid for what my family had to sleep in overnight. The workers were very nice though!

I made the reservation and one minute later I ask them to change the date because the wrong date popped up and overroad the proper date. They would not change it so I had to pay for a room on the wrong date. I'll cross Hotels.com off my reservation list for all future stays.
