RUN AWAY. HORRIBLE hotel. STOLE my money!!

This hotel was a nightmare. First they don’t tell you about the refundable deposit until you get there. They charge your card with so many random charges, it’s hard to tell if they’re charging what was quoted. Then the person who is writing your parking pass (is trying to sell you on a “timeshare” presentation but doesn’t work for them supposedly) will lie to you and steal your money. The “not time share presentation” isn’t 15-20 min like the guy told us, it’s 90-120 minutes. When I brought the receipt back to get my money back like that lady told me to some woman at the front desk supposedly text his boss and said she’d contact me. Of course she didn’t. She wouldn’t give me any contact information to anyone and of course he wouldn’t be back until after our stay was over with. The room was a nightmare. Filthy, the door had been kicked in by police at some point. You had to slam it just to get the lock to work. There were bugs on the walls, alive and dead smeared bugs. The smoke detector wasn’t even hooked up. Wires just exposed and it was sitting on the clothes rack. We were supposed to have a king bed, it was not only super small but it was absolutely uncomfortable and the springs were sticking out. The shower has more water spraying out of the faucet than it did out of the shower head. The room next door didn’t even have a handle on the door so the door slammed and banged all night/day. This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures. It’s a nightmare and they are scammers.

First and foremost, the place had roach bugs so we immediately had to wash all our clothes as soon as we came home. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and there were storms in our home town and we were unable to track the storm and our phones wouldn’t even work unless we went off property. The TV didn’t work. We contacted the property about the issue and when someone came out they just said that the owners wouldn’t pay to get anything fixed and that they were aware of the TV and Wi-Fi issues. The door also had a wide crack on the side when it was closed and it would be easy for anyone to just come in on you at any time.

Place was a dump. I booked a room and it smell like urine and tobacco smoke. When we entered the room and close the door the lock fell apart. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a rundown gas station. Jesse at the front desk wouldn't take time to get off his phone to help me.

Check out 1 day early at 9 something in moring they kept the extra money for the room plus the 75 damaged deposit tryed calling for over 5 days and no one ever answer phone plus we killed 2 roaches in room

BEWARE never and I mean never stay at Americana inn in pigeon forge. We got there last Saturday and was staying until Thursday. Well we took our stuff to the room all the lights were on which we thought was strange and now we know why but at the time it looked good so we went to town to get dinner and get some stuff from the grocery store. When we got back we put everything up and was watching TV and my wife went to the bathroom and saw a roach on the sink which she killed. We went to get a drink.out of the fridge and noticed it wasn't working good well with no phones in the rooms I went down to the front deck and no one was there and it had a number on the door so I called the manager and she sounded mad because I woke her up and said I would have to deal with the people at the front deck. I told her no one was there and she said she would figure it out. We'll I never heard anything back. So we had to stay we had the light off and before I went to sleep I went to the bathroom and 5 or 6 roaches ran I killed them and had to try to sleep with the lights on so they wouldn't come out. I believe they never it and that's why they leave the lights on in all the rooms. So the next morning they said I would have to call that same manger and we did she said we would have to deal with the people there and hung up on my wife because she said the place was nasty and told my wife she was being rude. They tried to switch our room and we told them we didn't want to stay there. So our bookin

Omg people dont go to this hotel. My son and I got there at 1:30a.m. doors was licked no one at front desk. There was a sign on the door with a number to call for all check ins. Called it so many times no answer. Almost 8a.m. someone finally calls me back. Room had roaches,draft coming from under the door,smoke detector torn off wall the wires was showing,outlets was bad one was so lose wouldnt even hold a phone charger the other one looked burnt. We drove all the way from Decatur,il to stay in a car and we was freezing then we left. Called Expedia and told them to refund my money. They guy kept insisting on putting us in Cleveland,Tennessee two hrs. Away. So becarful what you pick on the internet or you will end up in the situation me and my son was in. Went and got another room at a very clean and bug free hotel.
