This was our family's first stay at the hotel. We previously stayed at Bella Vista, but since they do not accept children, we chose your hotel since we were traveling with our young granddaughter. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful breakfast buffet that is served daily and is included with accomodations. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and personable. The only negatives were the number of towels for each room, we only had two bath towels the first day. We called for more and were given a third, which I do not think is sufficient especially when staying during the summer months and guests may choose to shower twice a day. The other drawback was the coffee pods for the room were not replenished when the room was serviced and we had to call daily for more. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location! Adjacent to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Perfect for families. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel even did a nice birthday surprise treat for our daughter. Very thoughtful. We would recommend this hotel and would return if possible.

A few disappointments

I never leave negative reviews, but a few things. First, DO NOT book this hotel through a 3rd party website. I booked and paid for cancelation rights but didn't realize they ended a week before check in, instead of a day or two before like most. That's fine, but my husband was sick and we needed to change the dates by 3 days (not cancel, but just move the dates and the same room was still available) and hotels.com was going to charge me 100% to change the reservation by 2 days. I contacted the hotel and they said there is nothing they could do because I booked through a 3rd party website, which was odd because I was paying at the property. So we lost the full amount for those 3 days. I then booked 2 nights for a few days later. The room is nice, but it's outside the hotel and requires a separate door key for the outside door. They will only give you one. They also stocked the room for 2 people instead of 3, and there is no phone or way to call for service from these rooms. It's 59 steps up and down (which they did disclose but I'm not doing an extra trip to ask for a towel). On the plus side, nice room and very nice view. Probably OK if you book directly with the hotel and just know that the rooms with outside access are actually a different building than the hotel with no front desk and no way to call.

Anniversary Celebration

We booked a suite with a sea-view for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was clean, modern, with a comfortable and very large bed. The sea-view was perfect and not exaggerated by clever photography. We did not eat an evening meal in the restaurant but had breakfast there on both days and were very impressed by the quality and selection available. We found all the staff very courteous and helpful and overall we are very happy with our stay.

Veey clean hotel. Beach front which was excellent. Rooms are very spacious (we stayed 3 adults in a regular suite). Always sun loungers around the pool. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.
