An otherwise outstanding experience was overshadowed by a room that was too hot - and the hotel staff were unable to rectify the situation after several calls. They finally sent a fan to help but the room reminded uncomfortably warm. It was cooler in the hallway but that did not help us. We were unable to get a good nights sleep.
