Nice place! The shower doors have seen better days, but that was about it for negative things. All staff were extremely polite and very service oriented. We are making this our new “halfway” stop on our regular travels.

We stayed here one night while attending a concert at the Star of the Desert Arena. Check-in staff was unprofessional, insisting we didn’t have a reservation, until they finally found it. They charged an extra $30 to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm, plus $40 of other fees. In the room, it was clear the bathroom had not been swept, as there were multiple black hairs and a lot of dust around the floor. Then, when we went downstairs to get a meal for dinner, the restaurant we were going to said “closed”, even though it showed open online. Other suitable options were closed too, and the staff could not give us an explanation about why. The only dining option available was Denny’s which we are not a fan of. The bed was comfortable and looked clean, though, so we did sleep well enough. Left as soon as we could in the morning to get breakfast in another town, as this whole area around Primm is just dead and deserted now - sad!

No one at the reception to check us in, except an old lady in a wheelchair to tell us we have to come in 30 min since the only person that works that evening is on break!! Have never experience something like that in my life.

It wasnt clean the bed Sheets were dirty the floor , elavator and the pillows smelled bad and were dirty the reason we stayed is because we were to tired to drive i don’t recomend this hotel.

I understand that in hotels you need to upgrade to get certain things. But we didn’t have a microwave, fridge and even a trash can. Those I believe are basic necessities. I was very disappointed. Especially since I was with the family.

This place is a dump. It is in drastic need of updating. The hotel common areas and the room are old and dirty. The only staff I interacted with were the front desk employees and they clearly have no desire to be helpful or cheerful.

Difficult to find parking close to a door so that I didn't have to walk too far as I have mobility issues. Also, the air conditioner was VERY, VERY LOUD and I could not sleep soundly.
