When ordering a drink it took a little longer than expected. There should be a list of beverages available. Food was prepared ahead of time causing it to get a little dried out when going to buffet

Beautiful property in Punta Cana excellent for couples or families needing serenity in a modern all-inclusive hotel with not an overly big hotel. Pros: 1. Modern feel and clean and upgraded hotel (sleek and elegance and newer rooms and equipment) 2. Good bar drinks and food variety of dishes 3. Excellent beachfront and pool conditions 4. Restaurants scenes for any type of meal was appealing 5. Lots of shopping in the same property, onsite clinic pharmacy made being there complete and no feel of any other store lacking Cons: 1. The entire staff appeared to untrained, it felt like they were being forced to be there, no smiles, no help towards guests, no welcome drinks, nothing. (Recommendation to management: Train the staff properly to know how to welcome guests and care for them during their stay, since they are part of the experience) 2. Some staff did not speak English, or prefer to speak English when asking for clarity or seeking directions, this is unacceptable for such an international modern and beautiful. At least one staff member should comprehend English language. 3. The food options have varied tastes, even if ordering the same menu item on different days, which was strange .(Recommendation: Catering attention needed)

Rooms ok. Only given 3 towels a day for 3 people to shower. Our Thanksgiving reservation for 23 was cancelled at the last minute. Buffett was terrible. I have stayed in 2 other resorts and the food was amazing…. Not so much here. Resort is almost too big. Pool is nice but no swim up bars. Bartenders are slow, never acknowledge you and seem not happy to be there.

Superb property! This is a beautiful, gigantic (and I mean enormous) yet cozy hotel. Since it is so big you never feel crowded or pushed by others. The pools are so big you don’t run into others. The buffet is impeccable. Clean and always refreshed. Food is average and the restaurants are all … meh. The restaurants are stunning in decoration and the staff is 10/10. The food is, well, free and feels like it. The room was gorgeous and the cleanliness amazing. I have zero complains on the property, staff or amenities. This is a gorgeous place. Just set your expectations of dining to be closer to a casual restaurant like Chilis or Olive Garden at best.

Wonderful stay at this spectacular resort in Punta Cana! The property itself is absolutely stunning – pristine beaches, gorgeous pools, beautifully maintained grounds, and top-notch facilities that truly live up to the 5-star promise. Everything about the hotel’s infrastructure and design exceeded my expectations. The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service. While most staff members were friendly, response times were occasionally slow, and a few interactions felt a bit impersonal or rushed. Nothing that ruined the vacation, but with such an outstanding resort, I expected the service to match the same exceptional level as the rest of the experience.

Hello. 1. This is the first time of our stay we didn’t receive welcome drink, anniversary ribbon on the door of hour room, anything. Even if I emailed 3 times and requested 2 beds to change for 1 King Bed and telling that we are going to celebrate 15 years anniversary, instead we were forced to changed to adults only package $60 per person, that we didn’t. It was frustrating, the first time we got this bad experience. 2. Wi Fi not working properly on the beach and on the pool, very strange for the price the hotel charges. 3. The Shower didn't work properly. 4. The food was OK, the staff also good.
