The room and hotel was nice, we didn’t use the pool as only staying one night. Service was disappointing, staff on reception ignored us stood at the desk to check in until we asked to be seen to, they offer valet but seemed surprised we asked for parking and the guy we handed the keys to seemed confused on what to do

I love how the restaurants, scenic locations and tourist spots were walking distances away. The hotel is very clean with professional staff and have a comforting vibe to it. This is my second time staying at this hotel and will continue to do whenever I visit Quebec City again. Truly recommend this hotel!

I liked how spacious the property was and that it was like a mini complex with a convenient store inside the hotel. It was great we were put into a the quite side of the hotel with the music festival happening. Another nice feature was 15% off in the restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. There was a music festival happening right across the street that we weren’t aware of when we booked. Caused a few driving issues, but wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Apparently bus drivers on strike which caused some staffing issues for the hotel restaurant. But in whole, nice stay.

Our view was of another building and the hallways and room were dark. The wine dispenser was a nice feature but it wasn’t working. Hot tubs were nice but were ones you’d find in someone’s backyard. Otherwise, hotel was fantastic!!
