We arrived at the hotel after midnight and the person at the front desk was uncertain which rooms would be clean for us. He said the previous person had it marked down incorrectly and said there may be a person in our room. Now...it's around 1am and we are being sent to a room where there might be a person in it! We get to the room and it was clearly a used room. Bedding askew, dirty towels throughout the room. We went back to the desk and let him know the room was dirty. After another period of time (he was searching for another available room), he said he found a room and went to check it. After about 5 minutes, he came back and said the room was clean. He had also mentioned that the cleaners hadn't cleaned approximately 10 rooms from the day before. To me, this is wild. We spent almost $200 on a room that we were in for less than 12 hours and sounded like wasn't properly cleaned. The room we finally ended up in had stains and smears in the bathroom and wasn't that clean. (and to note, the person at the front desk was super helpful, we just didn't find this to be a great experience

The hotel was clean but a little older. The layout was a little odd with elevators in the middle of hotel. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was adequate. There are multiple places to eat nearby and it is about 20 miles from downtown area. This hotel is a good value.

I understand that there is a section of the hotel that allows pets. We stayed in that section because they were completely full. We were lucky to get the last room. The hotel was fine but the section we were in smelled like wet dog and the deodorizer was so strong it burned your eyes. Breakfast was good and the staff was efficient. Not a bad hotel, just not a good room for someone with allergies.

Good place to stay when visiting Natural Bridge

The people and the service were wonderful, super friendly, very helpful, and welcoming. The room was good. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well. There a was a on odor from the previous guest. There were also a few knicks on the wall which were known about and maintenance hadn't been able to repair before our stay. The continental breakfast was excellent and our children really liked it! The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from Natural Bridge State Park which was perfect.

Run down and has bed bugs- not family friendly

Hotel staff was the nicest I e ever encountered! Rooms were clean but have a musty smell. I woke up to bites on my arms from bedbugs. I even checked for them and didn’t see them- the mattress was encased so maybe they are in the carpeting? I informed front desk staff and they didn’t seem to care but we were leaving. Definitely don’t stay in room 302. The hotel is clean, but it needs major updates. Carpeting is gross and this hotel seems to be used by a lot of construction workers. I would t say it’s very family-friendly. The pool is the size of a backyard swimming pool and has green/brown all over. The reason we choose to stay here was the reviews were pretty good and it had a pool. We decided against swimming after looking at the pool and I was so grossed out when we woke up to bedbug bites that we packed up and left as quick as possible.

Night staff member was super nice and helpful. Coffee machine was delicious. Our room was very clean and spacious and designed beautifully. Hotel is next to a quick oil change place that we used since we were traveling and a diner, whose menu looked amazing, but was closed the day we were there sadly.
