We had a great stay, it is a wonderful property right next to Spanish Steps, the room was spotless, with all the amenities, and the view from the window was amazing. What a lovely little hotel. My room was off of an interior courtyard - it was very comfortable and well taken care of. You can't beat the location - steps outside the street door are sidewalk cafes, gelato stores, and a grocery market. Lively and safe. I loved it.

This hotel is in a very nice area. If you don’t mind noise like we don’t it is perfect, but if you do that will be a problem. The rooms are very nice, very clean……but they are VERY small. The bathroom has no room to put any stuff down. We also had an issue with the air conditioner leaking because we turned it on and they were not able to fix it because they would have to mess with the entire building’s air conditioning😬 The staff came off a bit rude too, overall I don’t think I’d book here again.

The room design was flawless, with electrical outlets well placed by both sides of the bed, the placement of the bed so that both of us could easily access the toilette and not run into each other, as well as a great location by the Spanish Steps.
