Top Gastronomie direkt am See. Alle Mitarbeiter ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wasserdruck der Duschen ist weltweit herausragend. Mehrfach angekündigter Hochzeitstag wurde vergessen.

Wenig Information und mäßige Freundlichkeit beim einchecken. Der Spa ist ganz gut. Frühstück chaotisch, man soll sich einen Platz suchen, alles voll, insgesamt 4 Personen vom Personal gebeten um Platz, völliges Desinteresse, sind ohne Frühstück weg, hat niemanden interessiert, beim auschecken erwähnt, " werde ich weitergeben "...

Tolles Hotel mit Schwachstellen im Service

Pros: Die Atmosphäre, die Lage, das Zimmer, der SPA-Bereich
Cons: Service im Restaurant!
Location: Direkt am Seee
Leider entsprach der Service in den Restaurants nicht dem Anspruch, dass das Hotel für sich einnimmt und die Preise dafür verlangt. Die Tischvorreservierung mit Wunschtisch wurde nicht umgesetzt, es wurde nicht einmal erwähnt!, obwohl das Restaurant sehr leer war. Falsche Essensbestellung für zwei Personen aufgenommen statt Schnitzel kam Fisch! Am ersten Abend im italienischen Restaurant wurde der Wein viel zu spät nachgeschenkt, einmal wurde darauf hingewiesen und trotzdem hat es nicht funktioniert, vermutlich zu wenig Personal bzw. Abstimmung untereinander.

Hotel profitiert durch erstklassige Restaurants. Wellnesseinrichtungen zt in die Jahre gekommen. Spabereich leider ungepflegt mit verdrecktem Boden und Kinderbecken. Als ein hundefreundliches Hotel müsste zumindest in ein der vielen Restaurants ein Hund erlaubt sein!

Schreckliche Tage am Tegernsee

Pros: Nichts ! Absolut nichts positives Ich kann über diesen Urlaub leider nichts positives berichten !
Cons: Völliger Reperaturstau Unsere Zimmer waren alt und die letzten wenigen nicht renovierten Zimmer. ich war vor 25 Jahren schon mal dort - absolut keine Veränderung in den Zimmern. Schimmelfkecken im Bad. Wir hatten plötzlich eine Hundedecke und Näpfe im Zimner, obwohl wir gar keinen Hund haben. Im Restaurant waren die Teekännchen aus und der Kellner meinte, da müsste ich nun warten bis die Spülmaschine fertig sei. ......,,
