Exceptional Value & Unforgettable Customer Service! Bridgeway Inn & Suites is truly a hidden gem and represents incredible value for the price. Our entire experience, from a smooth check-in to easily extending our stay, was outstanding. However, the defining moment of our visit was the truly unparalleled customer service provided by staff member, Sandy. I had accidentally double-booked a portion of my extended stay, creating a policy issue on my end. Before I even had a chance to ask for assistance, Sandy took complete ownership of the problem. She spent over an hour navigating the hotel's policies with the owners and coordinating directly with Expedia to fully resolve the error. Sandy's proactive dedication and effort to correct my mistake—without prompt—went above and beyond any expectation. The hospitality and care shown here are simply amazing. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay and world-class customer service!

The room is fair, stayed for 2 nights, we did not put the "do not disturb" sign because we wanted our room cleaned however when we got back from a family event it was not cleaned. We arrived late because our flight was a late afternoon. It was freezing outside, my husband was shivering I begged if we could get in but staff just played a dumb ear, never opened the door just left us all freezing outside until she was finished checking us in which took forever. I won't go back to this place again, I'd rather drive a little further with good customer service but clos but let you freezing outside- so inconsiderate, I'm sorry.

Concerned that we were given a "master" key for our room. Found out because my husband went into the wrong room. Then when we notified the manager, we were told it was a master key, and given a new key, but it seemed to open other doors too. We felt very unsafe. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Boot us out without notifying

They kick us out so they can book someone else to use our room that we arrive in middle of night. I’m still talking to whoever to get my money back since we didn’t even sleep in our own room
