Where is the room fridge?

The only problem with my stay, no fridge. I had medication that need to be in a fridge and room did not have.

When we arrived staff checked us in he was nice and quick showed me ware to park took elevator super tiny barley fit suitcase and stroller took a very long time to come walked in room it was hot there is No Ac at all opened window no screen on 4th floor kinda scary since we had kids old heater that was very very hot to the touch had to block my 6 year old Autistic daughters from touching it or they would have got burned no bed pads beds old and uncomfortable

When I first arrived the staff gave me my room card and no other information on what level my room is, when I asked the receptionist he gave me a terrible attitude for asking, the heater in the room would not shut off completely, and when checking in, at first the receptionist wasn’t not going to allow me to due to not wanting to pay a $100 deposit, when my stay was already paid for, he had to bring another staff member to void the deposit.

The area is questionable. But the hotel offers secure paid parking. The hotel itself is very cool. The room is vintage and comfortable. I loved staying here. And would stay here again.

I’m low maintenance like I’ve slept in my car over night places and almost would’ve preferred it over this. Every floor smelled a new type of dirty, my partner and I wore my slides in the shower bc it looked so bad, the bed had no support aaaatt all. When we got into the room I immediately checked the sheets and all I had to do was lift the blanket and there was blood front and center. The furnace on the floor was so loud my partner wore her headphones to try to sleep. The window was wide open with no screen and couldn’t be shut or else it would fall out. I would hardly call this a hotel.

Got a pink eye infection from this place

Nothing close to what I was expecting, dirty and ended up with a pick eye infection the next day in the morning and decided to check out.

Carpet, shower area, and bedding cover were all very dirty. Decided to call the front desk but the hotel room phone was broken. We went downstairs and the front desk offered to change rooms, but the new room was as bad as the first one. Emailed management but they never responded. Of course.
