Allgemein war das Hotel sauber, schön und gut gelegen, doch aus meiner Sicht hat das Hotel Antoperla keine 5 Sterne verdient. Der Service, ausser die Rezeption und ein Mitarbeiter im Service, waren unfreundlich und nicht sehr zuvorkommend, was ich von jedem in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte. Das Hotel Antoperla hat sich für eine Kooperation am Strand mit dem Hotel AquaBlue entschieden, was auch zum gleichen Problem zufolge hatte, wie das Obige. Service war sehr langsam, nicht sehr freundlich und unzuverlässig. Ein weiteres Problem am Strand war, dass man den Service selbst aufsuchen musste, sodass sie überhaupt in die Nähe des Liegestuhles kamen. Obwohl das Hotel Architektonisch authentisch aufgebaut wurde, fehlt ein gewisser Charakter. Es ist nicht das typische Santorini Gefühl, was sehr schade war. Somit ist mit diesen negativen Punkten auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss nicht gegeben.

Hôtel idéalement placé, hôtel très joli et les chambres vraiment belles, personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner top du top. Par-contre, les chambres (le sol) jamais très propres malgré le passage des femmes de ménage chaque jour.

Gute Grösse der Anlage (nicht zu gross, nicht zu klein). Läden, Restaurants und Meer in Gehdistanz. Am Meer sind Liegen mit Sonnenschirme im Preis inbegriffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend.

Nous avons passé une semaine à l’hôtel Antoperla avec mon ami et avons été ravis du début à la fin. Le personnel est toujours sympathique, serviable, souriant et se souvient même des goûts personnel des clients (par exemple lors du déjeuner ils se souviennent toujours de nos “habitudes” et prépare donc nos boissons avec soin. Service vraiment au top! Le personnel de la réception est toujours à l’écoute et nous renseigne avec plaisir, cela se voit et cela fait vraiment plaisir. L’établissement était magnifique et toujours très propre. Superbe piscine tant dans notre chambre que celle commune. Merci aux femmes de ménage qui sont également super. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel. Nous y retournerons très volontiers si l’occasion se représenterait.

The Check-In by Zuzana was very professional and helpful. She made some jokes and we felt like at home. For Chek-In we even received a free refresher drink - very nice ! Sorin and Theo made us the best cocktails ever ! We really enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was good too. Hotel is near to Black Sandy Beach and ancient Thera. Just awesome. Try the greek sandwich in the hotel bar ! It is more than perfect. Prices are affordable and competitive. Big like Thank you all for making our stay perfect. Ilija & Marijana from Switzerland
