Great studio which has everything you need, is extremely new, clean and very modern. Lovely large. bed, sofa bed, massive TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, table, chairs, coffee table, work desk. Great shower. Supermarket 4 mins walk, old town 5 minutes walk. Very safe. Great breakfast, lounge area for relaxing with computer use and lending library. Children’s play park right outside. I recommend the Residence Inn. The staff are very helpful.

The property was in immaculate condition. The receptionist was very helpful with boarding and with information on local areas for exploration and food. All of the paperwork was sorted pretty quickly and explained very clearly. It was very easy for a family to use this hotel while we explore Sarajevo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. The breakfast had a good variety on the menu to suit everyone. The only thing that we missed was a good English breakfast tea. The hotel was within walking distance to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is exceptional!! I've never stayed in the room which is so thoughtfully built. The room had a kitchen with little stove and dishwasher, a dining table, a sofa with coffee table, a work desk, and of course the bed. TV stand was mobile, you could have turned it the way you wanted. Brilliant! The bathroom had spacious shower, a lot of shelves, so you did not have to think where to put your things and where to hang your towels. We were impressed.
