"Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, eine Woche in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel zu verbringen – und ich kann nur sagen: Es war rundum perfekt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Personal ist nicht nur äußerst professionell, sondern auch bemerkenswert aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, oft sogar, bevor man ihn aussprechen musste.
Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten einen hohen Komfort. Auch das Buffet - sowohl morgens als auch abends- ließ keine Wünsche offen: Frische Produkte, eine vielfältige Auswahl und ein Service, der durch echte Freundlichkeit überzeugt.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Einsatz des gesamten Teams – man spürt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, am Pool oder beim Housekeeping: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren durchweg hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und unglaublich engagiert."
